Completed in late 2007 by Higgins Development Partners, the 125,000-sf, $12-million Lee Vista Business Commons consists of three buildings, the 40,362-sf Building A, and Building B and C, which are approximately 42,000 sf each. Buildings B and C are also up for sale, or for lease in units ranging in size from 3,900 sf to 42,000 sf. The buildings feature 24-foot clear height ceilings, a class IV sprinkler system, tilt wall construction, three-phase power/generator services, a truck court and parking.

"Lee Vista Business Commons' location makes it an ideal setting to house both regional and international companies seeking easy access to the Orlando International Airport corridor," says Higgins Development Partners Central and Northern Florida portfolio development manager Chad Edwards.

Higgins Development recently retained Cushman & Wakefield of Florida as the exclusive leasing and sales agent for the project, with brokers Lee Morris and Jared Bonshire handling the assignment. "Select submarkets throughout Central Florida continue to see vibrant demand for well-located, class A space," says Morris, in a released statement. "Lee Vista Business Commons' central location offers efficient distribution and delivery for Seminole, Orange, Brevard and Osceola counties."

Situated just north of the Orlando International Airport, Lee Vista Business Commons is located on McCoy Road, within Lee Vista Center. The development has access to the Beachline Expressway, the Central Florida Greenway and Semoran Boulevard.
