Construction Start Nears For Montenegro MXD

PODGORICA, MONTENEGRO-Atlas Group and Capital Investment of the United Arab Emirates will break ground in the coming months on the largest mixed-use project in the country. The 3.4-acre development site is situated in one of the most prestigious sections of the CBD.

Colliers International Montenegro will be marketing Atlas Capital Center, which has been designed with 307,312 sf [28,550 m2] of office, 149,619 sf [13,900 m2] of retail, 90 residential units and a 1,112-space parking garage. The development site along Cetinjski Road is considered to be one of, if not the, most sought-after areas for businesses and residences alike due to its Downtown proximity. The all-in development cost isn’t available, but the co-developers last June signed a joint venture deal to invest more than 200 million Euro into the project. Completion is penciled for 2010.
