"We're excited to announce the addition of these three accomplished professionals to our valuation and advisory services group in New Jersey, and to our organization as a whole, Ray Sohmer, senior managing director of CBRE in New Jersey, tells GlobeSt.com. "This further illustrates our commitment to meeting the needs of our clients in this increasingly sophisticated marketplace."

"Our valuation and advisory group will provide appraisals and valuations for appraisal assignments including vacant land, office buildings, multifamily, retail, industrial and investment real estate throughout the country," says Michael Pecorino, senior managing director of the group for the Northeast region. "In economically challenging times, there is a need for reliable advice, dependable appraisals and support for a wide range of analytical issues such as bankruptcy, estate planning, foreclosure and arbitration issues."

Victor joins CBRE with 24 years of experience, most recently managing director at C&W. DiFalco is a 17-year vet in the real estate appraisal field, and previously held the title of managing director. And Merkle, a 22-year vet, had been an associate director at C&W.

In addition to the three new hires, senior appraiser Drew Manzi, a long-time CBRE staffer, will join Victor, DiFalco and Merkle in the firm's local office. He's relocating from CBRE in New York City, moving back to Saddle Brook where he began his career with the firm.
