The company will relocate from a 9,000-sf space at 8404 Wilsky Boulevard. The move is being made because the company is experiencing tremendous growth, according to Focus CEO Raul Vasquez Jr.

"Westlake Corporate Center is a first-class facility in which we look forward to continuing our rapid growth," Vasquez stated in a press release.

Focus was represented by John Esposito and Chris Harak, both with Studley Inc., while building landlord Osprey Real Estate Services represented itself in the transaction.

"One of the prime reasons this particular building was selected was its proximity to their former location, minimizing any disruption for its employees," Esposito says. "Westlake Corporate Center also offers Focus an above-average parking ratio, which was attractive to the company."

Esposito adds that the transaction required some special attention due to Focus' requirements, such as the need for exterior building signage. Founded in 2001, Focus is a direct-response marketing company that specializes in lead generation and management for companies throughout the United States.
