Metro Commercial reps both Cosi and Massage Envy in the regional market. Altogether, Metro has arranged six lease transactions totaling 29,000 sf for Cosi in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, and almost 20,000 sf of leases for Massage Envy.
