Chandan

Geoff Davis, president of HREC Investment Advisors, a founding sponsor of RealShare Hotel Investment & Finance says that "there has never been a more important time to have a 'money' conference in the hotel industry. The fact is that deals are still getting done, it is important for investors and lenders to get up to speed on current underwriting criteria and know what is going in the market. Networking with key players who are lending and investing could be the difference on who gets meaningful deals done in a tough environment, and who does not."

Mit Shah, senior managing principal and CEO of Noble Investment Group will deliver a keynote address focused on how to navigate through today's liquidity & credit crunch and what is expected to become a recessing economy. Shah, who founded Noble Investment Group in 1993, will draw on his extensive experience investing in the hospitality real estate market to provide a better understanding of where the market is, where it is headed and how long the storm is poised to last.

In addition to the keynote address, RealShare Hotel Investment & Finance Summit will include an economic update by Dr. Sam Chandan, chief economist of Reis Inc. as well as RealShare Capital Markets Power Lunch with Charles Henry, president of Hotel Capital Advisers and Michael Medzigian, chairman & managing partner of Watermark Capital Partners.

The second annual conference is produced by Real Estate Media, publisher of Real Estate Forum, GlobeSt.com and the RealShare Conference Series, in concert with HREC.
