Rogatz has more than 20 years of experience with industrial real estate. He was most recently a VP with Paine/Wetzel-Oncor International, which he joined in 1998. Previously, he was with William Kritt & Co., which he joined in 1988 and was with for 10 years, he says. He has completed more than 200 industrial real estate transactions worth more than $225 million with a total of more than 3.5 million sf.

Rogatz has also been a consultant for the City of Chicago and the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority. Rogatz says he left Paine/Wetzel-Oncor in January because "I always thought I wanted to do my own thing." The new company will focus on the South Side, as it is Rogatz's area of expertise and "the southern market has boomed in recent years," he says. "This corridor, and going south-southwest, is a very desirable place to be right now."
