Both sides were represented in the transaction by VP John Greenberg and sales associate Don Baxter of the Kislak Co. Inc., Woodbridge. On the legal end, the buyer was represented by Steven Lea, the seller by Paul Stein.
"We were able to sell 24 50th St. quickly, and it represents an outstanding investment opportunity," Baxter says. "The buyer, a long-term client, is planning to conduct a capital improvement program to increase the long-term value of the property."
Located near this city's downtown, the building was fully occupied at the time of sale. Washington Mutual provided the financing, the details of which were not released.
