The two flex buildings total about 140,000 sf, with 110,000 sf of that currently available. The larger of the two is the 101,000-sf 21 Commerce Dr., a single-story building constructed in 1985. The current availability is just more than 70,000 sf, divisible to 25,920 and 44,493 sf. The building has 24-foot clear ceilings.
The second building, the 40,000-sf 49 Stouts Ln., is currently under construction and available in its entirely. It will have 18-foot clear ceilings, is divisible to 6,000 sf and is approved for manufacturing, assembly, distribution, research, office and other commercial purposes.
