Law Firm Expands to 38,000 SF

BASKING RIDGE, NJ-Carroll McNulty & Kull adds 13,000 sf to its HQ location at Mountain View Corporate Center here.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ-The law firm of Carroll McNulty & Kull has expanded its headquarters offices at Mountain View Corporate Center here, adding 13,000 sf to its existing 25,000 sf, for a total of 38,000 sf. The 11-year-old firm’s founders cite recent growth for the expansion.

“We reached a milestone with our 10th anniversary and we continue to grow,” says Gary Kull, who cofounded the firm with Christopher Carroll and Joseph McNulty. “Our firm’s client base and practice areas are expanding and our existing client relationships are providing more opportunities.”

CMK, originally based in a converted stable/barn in Far Hills, NJ before moving here in 2005, now includes 38 attorneys. “We plan to continue to expand by hiring both first-year associates and seasoned attorneys,” says Kull. “We are also seeking to acquire smaller law firms in New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania as part of our growth strategy.”
