And GVA Williams New Jersey, based here, has been hired as the building's exclusive leasing agent. The firm's VP Jamie Drummond and sales associate Tom Rapone are handling the assignment.

"The facility is currently undergoing a major capital improvement program to format it from a single tenant to a multi-tenant office building," Drummond says. "The program includes lobby and common area upgrades and exterior landscaping upgrades."

The building once housed Cendant and the related NRT before Cendant's breakup two years ago. Realogy remains in the building, occupying the top floor as its headquarters. The lower two floors are available, listed on GVA Williams NJ's website as a negotiable rent with an asking price of $27.50 plus tenant electric. Avis Budget Group is listed as the direct lessee, with that company, Cendant's direct successor, having relocated to another nearby location.

The space available on the lower two floors amounts to a total of just more than 60,000 sf, divisible to 3,000 sf. The building's features include a three-story atrium and covered parking.
