101,000-SF Office Gets a Makeover

PARSIPPANY, NJ-Once home to Cendant and related NRT, 339 Jefferson Rd. is being recast as a multi-tenant building.

PARSIPPANY, NJ-Owner Realty Associates Fund VI has launched an overhaul of its 101,461-sf 339 Jefferson Rd., a class A office building also known as Kingsbridge IV. The three-story building was completed in 1988.

And GVA Williams New Jersey, based here, has been hired as the building’s exclusive leasing agent. The firm’s VP Jamie Drummond and sales associate Tom Rapone are handling the assignment.

“The facility is currently undergoing a major capital improvement program to format it from a single tenant to a multi-tenant office building,” Drummond says. “The program includes lobby and common area upgrades and exterior landscaping upgrades.”
