The Broomfield, CO-based company has been a long-time tenant in Stoneridge's building 9 at 8750 Autobahn Dr., renewing and expanding by 72,000 sf at year-end 2007 in a co-terminus lease with the original 104,110 sf. "They got back to us after their first quarter meeting and said 'let's kick it a little bit further, because we're going to be happy to stay here a little bit longer," John Gorman, principal of Dallas-based Holt Lunsford Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com.

All Gorman will confirm about the term is it had been packaged as co-terminus when the expansion and renewal went into play for Stoneridge 9, a 372,610-sf office/warehouse and the largest in the 1.2-million-sf, seven-building park. Boston-based TA Associates Realty is marking its third year as the owner. In the submarket, industrial space ranges from $3.10 per sf for bulk warehouse to $6.25 per sf for flex space, according to CB Richard Ellis' first-quarter analysis.
