"A lot of people are interested in the building," Justin M. Soss, executive vice president of KarMar Realty Group tells GlobeSt.com. "Different types of investors, businesses and office users have looked at this site."

A computer-marketing company used to lease the entire building, but it downsized and moved elsewhere. Later, a school for mentally disabled adults came into the property. Now the building is almost totally vacant, according to Soss.

The sales and leasing prices for the building are "pretty standard for that area" according to Soss. A client list was not named, and Soss would not disclose if buying bids had been made for the building.

"It's around housing, businesses, restaurants and recreational areas. It's really in a busy area," says Soss.

The building is owned by Amazing Creations LLC, which has made KarMar Realty Group the exclusive sales and leasing agent for the property.
