Colliers Lanard & Axilbund has signed on to the project as its sale/leasing agent. To date, several tenants have committed to the site, including Cooper Health System and the May Institute, taking a combined 6,800 sf in Building One; and the Burlington Insurance Agency (Allstate) and Health Management Systems (Lourdes) taking space in Building Two.

The site plan calls for seven 6,800-sf buildings and two 5,200-sf buildings, all divisible to 1,700-sf units. Those units are being offered for sale or lease, and the space is currently listed on Colliers L&A's Web site with an asking lease price of $19 per sf. Medical and professional users are the target market for the property, according to Colliers.
