Cloverleaf Group Acquires West Aurora Plaza

AURORA, IL-The company is buying the six-building 207,102-sf retail center from Arnold Lies Co.

AURORA, IL-The Cloverleaf Group, based in Northbrook, IL, has acquired West Aurora Plaza, 1901-1961 W. Galena Blvd., here. Arnold Lies Co., based here, sold the shopping center, which has a total of six buildings of about 207,102 sf. The sales price was not disclosed, but is estimated at $9 million, based on sales of similar properties in the area.

Christian Williams and George Good, both with CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller in the sales transaction. “Arnold Lies Co. is a family-run company that was the original developer back in 1960, so they have had the property for almost 50 years,” says Williams.
