Jeffrey Dunne, Kevin Welch and Jeffrey Oram with CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal. Commerce Park, a local entity, was the seller.
The property consists of five single-story buildings that are currently 95% leased, according to Robert Shapiro, chairman of the New York-based Oestreicher Properties. The current availability of approximately 3,500 sf is listed with an asking price of $16.50 per sf.
Located at 29 Emmons Dr., just off Route One, Princeton Commerce Center was built in the mid-70s on 8.6 acres. The complex has been renovated on an ongoing basis since 1999, according to Shapiro. Its major tenants are the Goddard School, a pre-school; and BioWa, a biopharmaceutical company that uses the site as its headquarters.
