NEWARK-Diversified Capital has completed a major renovation of its nearly 80-year-old 24 Commerce St. office building, and is now looking to fill up its available space. The Lakewood, NJ-based Diversified bought the asset in 2005 for an undisclosed price . Diversified has not released the renovation cost as of yet.

And to fill the space–approximately 45,000 sf of the total building area of 180,000 sf is listed as available–Diversified has given the exclusive to Weichert Commercial Brokerage. That firm’s SVP Beth Krinsky and VP Patrick Masi are heading the assignment.
