Mike McCartan and Jeff White of Dallas-based Mark V Commercial Real Estate Inc. and Neil Schorr of Realty Insight Group in Plainview, NY represented the Morristown, NJ-based Honeywell, which is planning to put its home security division into the Belt Line Trade Center space. Honeywell has roughly a dozen sales and distribution locations in the metroplex for various divisions, but it's believed that the 73,899-sf win is an expansion for the specialty group.
