22-Story Green Office Lands Brand Hotel

NEW YORK CITY- The Kors Hotel Group will put the Viceroy brand hotel in the top 12 stories of 330 Hudson St. in New York's Hudson Square neighborhood.

NEW YORK CITY-Los Angeles-based Kors Hotel Group will bring the Viceroy brand hotel into the top 12 newly constructed floors of 330 Hudson St. As previously reported by GlobeSt.com, the property had the 12-story addition designed by Brennan Beer Gorman and LEED Silver certified. This will be KHG’s first foray into Manhattan.

“Our expansion into New York City is extremely exciting,” says Brad Korzen, founder and CEO of Kor Hotel Group, in a prepared statement. “Visibility in this major international city has been a goal of ours for some time now. We are looking forward to this venture and believe that our Viceroy brand will thrive in the cosmopolitan, urban sophistication that New York exemplifies.”
