Besides Feigenbaum, JER has brought on board several managers to assist with capital raising and fund management. James Green and Mark Chamieh are joining JER Partners as managing directors. They will raise capital and develop capital-raising teams for the company's private equity funds. Green was global head of marketing and client relations at Citigroup Property Investors. Chamieh, who has not yet joined JER but will be in place by May, was managing director and head of global business development at UBS Global Asset Management in London.

Another new hire is Dwight Arnesen, the new managing director of US Fund Investment Management. He joins JER from Starwood Capital Group, where he was managing director of Acquisitions in North America. According to Feigenbaum, additional hires will be revealed soon.
