"The lease renewal is an example of our ability to foster lasting relationships with our customers," says Jeff Hale, VP-leasing of the Parsippany-based Sudler, who notes that Ranger has been in the building since 1986. "The property has consistently met the ongoing needs of its tenants."

Located at Exit 105 of the Garden State Parkway and Route 36 in Monmouth County, 15-17 Park Rd. is within Sudler's 82-acre Corporate Park Mid-Monmouth. The mixed-use park has a total of 600,000 sf of office, light industrial and retail space.

Ranger Industries, founded in the late 1920's, was originally a manufacturer of commercial ink products for the US banking industry. Later, its primary business was private label products from stamp manufacturers until 1998, when the company began marketing its own product lines if inks and embossing powders.
