When completed, it will have 10 medical units of between 1,500 and 2,500 sf, with the space available for both rental and condominium purchase, according to Jon Mills, principal of D6. The building is being marketed by Ron Numon of the Clinton, NJ office of Weichert Realtors.

"The approvals are now in place and we anticipate a spring groundbreaking," confirms Matthew Jarmel, principal of Jarmel Kizel, also of Livingston, whose firm designed the project. "We were able to facilitate the approval process and obtain both municipal and county approvals, which were complex due to the need for a use variance."

Located in this city's downtown area, the site is accessible to I-80 and several other routes. The site plan includes parking for 150 cars.
