D6 To Develop 26,000-SF Medical Office

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ-Work is set to start shortly for Willow Grove Medical Park, a two-story building with both rental and condo units.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ-Construction is set to start for Willow Grove Medical Park, a two-story, 25,800-sf medical office facility on Willow Grove St. here. The building’s 2.7-acre site is located a half-mile from the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center. The project is being done by D6 Developments, a Livingston, NJ-based private company that specializes in multifamily, retail, mixed-use and adaptive reuse projects.

When completed, it will have 10 medical units of between 1,500 and 2,500 sf, with the space available for both rental and condominium purchase, according to Jon Mills, principal of D6. The building is being marketed by Ron Numon of the Clinton, NJ office of Weichert Realtors.
