Logistics Firm Leases 82,000 SF

TOTOWA, NJ-XLR8 Distribution has taken the entire building at 10 Taft Court, a combination of warehousing and offices.

TOTOWA, NJ-The industrial and office facility located at 10 Taft Court here is now fully occupied by XLR8 Distribution. The third-party logistics and warehousing company has leased the entire building, which provides a combination of warehouse space and an office component.

The newly taken space is in addition to the company’s headquarters in Wayne, NJ, where it occupies 400,000 sf at 35-B Continental Dr. The new lease at 10 Taft Court adds up to a total 81,867 sf.

XLR8 Distribution was represented in the transaction by SVP Kenneth Lundberg and Scott Perkins, managing director of corporate services, of NAI James E. Hanson, Hackensack, NJ. Mike Evans and Jeff Fulton of SBWE Inc., based in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, represented landlord Red Man Realty LLC, a local group. Terms of the signing were not disclosed.
