Daniel O'Neill and James Adler, both EVPs with NAI Hiffman's office brokerage group, were the sole brokers in the sales transaction. The buyer was interested in the property "as they continue to build their portfolio here in Chicago," says Dave Petersen, COO of NAI Hiffman.

The four-story building was constructed in 1990. The property is 90% occupied. Tenants include JP Morgan Chase & Co. and KeyBank. The property is located in the Oakmont Business Center and building amenities include a deli, fitness center and conference rooms, Petersen says. "I think it is a great asset for anyone wanting to be in the Oak Brook market area," he says. NAI Hiffman will handle leasing and management of the building.
