HeidelbergCement Drives Lease to 150,815 SF

IRVING, TX-The parent of Hanson Pipe & Products add 45,815 sf to get seven full floors in the Point at Las Colinas. The co-terminus lease ends Jan. 31, 2018.

IRVING, TX-HeidelbergCement Group has added 45,815 sf to its 105,000-sf lease in the Point at Las Colinas. The London-based company houses the headquarters of subsidiary Hanson Pipe & Products Inc. in the class A 18-story building.

The expansion runs co-terminus with the original lease at 300 E. John Carpenter Frwy., which expires Jan. 31, 2018, Bill Lokey, first vice president for CB Richard Ellis in Dallas, tells GlobeSt.com. He says the tenant gets keys to the extra room June 1. Jeff Ellerman, executive vice president for Dallas-based Staubach Co., was Heidelberg’s tenant rep.
