Hunsaker Leaves CBRE for Grubb & Ellis

ATLANTA- Brett Hunsaker has resigned as senior managing director at CB Richard Ellis’ local office to join Grubb & Ellis as executive vice president of business development. Hunsaker will remain in Atlanta as he assumes responsibility of the company’s national transaction services programs involving business development, marketing and training.

“Brett’s relationship-building and management skills are unmatched in the industry, and his presence will allow Grubb & Ellis to expand its client relationships both in Atlanta as well as nationally,” Steve Dils, executive vice president and managing director of Grubb & Ellis’ Atlanta office, said in a released statement.

“The biggest thing for me is that I’m joining a growth company that’s expanding and getting their market out there to their client base,” Hunsaker tells GlobeSt.com. “That taps into what I do best: client relations and new business development.”
