114,175-SF Triple Fills Balance of Park West

COPPELL, TX-Majestic Realty hangs a no vacancy sign on the 290,000-sf Majestic Park West after reeling in three long-term leases, with the last two just crossing the finish line.

COPPELL, TX-Majestic Realty Co. has filled the last 114,175 sf in the 290,000-sf, two-building Majestic Park West. The milestone was reached with a triple run on long-term leases, the last two of which have just crossed the finish line.

Joining the tenant mix will be Tulsa-based QuikTrip Corp., which took 52,475 sf, and Australian-based Macquarie Group, which roped off 39,700 sf in the 137,000-sf warehouse at 1075 S. Belt Line Rd. QuikTrip will open a regional operations center, including a bakery, in August while Macquarie is turning on its lights at the end of this month, Al Sorrels, vice president of City of Industry, CA-based Majestic Realty, tells GlobeSt.com.

Sorrels says QuikTrip’s finish-out will have 8,000 sf of office and a high-end bakery to supply locations in Dallas/Fort Worth with fresh-baked goods and deli food. “It’s a good improvement for the building,” he says. Representing QuikTrip was Michael Peinado, vice president of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co.
