Landlord Advance Realty Group, also based here, was represented by Jamie Drummond, Bryn Cinque and James Bailey of GVA Williams NJ, Parsippany, who have the leasing exclusive. The tenant was represented by Newmark Associates of Whippany. Terms of the signing were not released; the space had been listed with an asking price of $27 per sf.
The 13-year-old building, which sits on a three-acre site, is also part of a new energy conservation program involving several of Advance Realty Group's office properties. Advance recently hired the UK-based GSH Group to initiate that program.
