EKR Therapeutics Leases 21,000 SF

BEDMINSTER, NJ-The pharmaceutical company takes an entire floor at Advance Realty Group's 1545 Route 206 building.

BEDMINSTER, NJ-EKR Therapeutics Inc. has leased 20,856 sf of office space at 1545 Route 206 here. The Cedar Knolls, NJ-based company, which specializes in pain management therapies and oncology supportive care, has taken the entire third floor of the three-story, 55,000-sf building, which is also known as Executive Quarters at Bedminster.

Landlord Advance Realty Group, also based here, was represented by Jamie Drummond, Bryn Cinque and James Bailey of GVA Williams NJ, Parsippany, who have the leasing exclusive. The tenant was represented by Newmark Associates of Whippany. Terms of the signing were not released; the space had been listed with an asking price of $27 per sf.
