Joining Berne are seniors housing and healthcare finance specialists Mark Silver and Richard Donohue. A 17-veteran of the industry, Silver was previously part of the senior housing group at a national brokerage firm. Donahue, whose career spans two decades, was the executive director of brokerage services a national brokerage firm.The three executives will be part of JLL's West Coast healthcare finance team. The seniors housing practice will cover all segments of the seniors housing and healthcare industry, including independent living, assisted living, nursing home and dementia facilities, as well as continuing care retirement communities, surgical centers, medical office buildings and hospitals.

DALLAS-Fran Weichsel has left a position as a manager with Fannie Mae to become a vice president at AmeriBid, a provider of solutions and exit strategies to institutional owners of financial and real estate portfolios. Based here, she will be charged with managing partner relationships, pursuing business expansion opportunities and project management in the disposition of assets. At Fannie Mae, Weichsel was a sales manager, overseeing one of the largest teams within the National Property Disposition Center, the agency's foreclosure division. There, she was responsible for the direct disposition of about 25,000 properties across the US.
