One of Evenson's goals is to expand Equis' market share in the region, which he plans to do, in part, through the addition of more brokers, he says. Equis has had a Minneapolis office since 1998. The office currently has six brokers in addition to Evenson, he says.
Evenson also plans to expand the firm's services, including project management, facility management and workplace solutions. Some of the services had been offered in the past but there will be "more focus" on the additional services, he says.
Evenson started Staubach's Twin Cities branch in 2001. Evenson had previously been a managing director and branch manager with Cushman & Wakefield and had managed the brokers at Welsh Cos. Inc. as well, he says.
