Hilton Realty completed the building on spec just a year ago, and has now signed leases for just less than 92,000 sf of its space. Others in the building include the law firm Dechert LLP, Stifel Nicolaus & Co., PNYLAB, Ironbound Capital Management, Raymond James and Wilmington Trust.
