Dan Morse, associate VP, and Robert Badgero, SVP with the office group for Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant in the lease transaction. The company has been a tenant in the building for more than 25 years, Morse says. "They moved into this when it was National Banks Detroit," he says. JPMorgan Chase uses the building as a call center, Morse says.
The single-story building was constructed in the early 1980's. The lease rate was not disclosed but, Morse tells GlobeSt.com., comparable buildings in the area have asking lease rates between $11 per sf and $12 per sf, triple net.
