TROY, MI-JPMorgan Chase Bank NA has signed a lease renewal for 47,860 sf at 1235 E. Big Beaver Road, in the Oakland Office Commons business park, here. The bank is leasing an entire building, which is owned by Stuart Frankel Development Co.

Dan Morse, associate VP, and Robert Badgero, SVP with the office group for Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the tenant in the lease transaction. The company has been a tenant in the building for more than 25 years, Morse says. “They moved into this when it was National Banks Detroit,” he says. JPMorgan Chase uses the building as a call center, Morse says.
