Architectural and engineering design services have been completed for the space, which represents the entire 4th floor of the building. That design work was done by the Livingston, NJ-based Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, and tenant fit-out for the space is currently under construction by Denholtz. "The Ambitech project continues our firm's growth in providing tenant fit-out services in the office sector of the market," Matthew Jarmel, principal of Jarmel Kizel tells GlobeSt.com.

The building at 3 Executive Dr. is part of Denholtz Associates' three-building Somerset Executive Square in this Somerset County community, which is part of the larger Franklin Twp. The other two Executive Square buildings--1 and 2 Executive Dr.--are shorter, rising only four stories a piece, and together total 166,000 sf. The 252,000-sf Somerset Executive Square is situated just off I-287.

Ambitech Engineering provides turnkey project management and construction management services for a variety of industries. Terms of its new lease were not disclosed. Availabilities within the 1 and 3 Executive Dr. buildings are currently listed with an asking price of $19 per sf.
