Distributor Fills 65,000 SF of Warehouse

NORTHBOROUGH, MA-The seven-year-old industrial building has 35-foot clear heights and 27 loading docks.

NORTHBOROUGH, MA-Bolstering a generally sluggish start to 2008 in Greater Boston’s industrial real estate market, a modern warehouse here has filled 65,000 sf in a lease agreement with C&C North America. The facility will be the second distribution site in the area for C&C, a maker of eco-friendly quartz surfaces.

“This property gives C&C North America an ideal warehouse space in a location with great distribution routes to all areas of New England,” relays Bradford Spencer. A senior vice president at Grubb & Ellis, Spencer negotiated the five-year lease for the landlord, 41 Lyman LLC, along with G&E SVP Hank Amabile and Advisor John Coakley. C&C North America was represented by O’Brien Commercial Properties brokers Joel Aho and Dylan Connolly.
