The building was constructed in 2001 in the Territorial Business Park. The building has 56,000 sf of office space and 16 exterior docks. The property is fully leased to Goss International, which makes printing presses and other equipment for printers and publishers, Walsh says. The property is near Interstate 55 and has visibility from the highway.
Michael Caprile, Ted Staszak, Stephanie Park and Traci Buckingham, all with CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller in the transaction. The building was acquired for Wrightwood's Industrial Property Fund III and is the 19th acquisition for the fund. The fund is 90% committed and is expected to have a value of close to $200 million, Walsh tells GlobeSt.com.
