The leases consisted of partial leases of the 15th, 16th and 19th floor at Hudson Telegraph Associates LP's approximately one-million-sf 60 Hudson St. here. Total square footage for Switch and Data equals 20,116 sf.
Switch and Data would not return GlobeSt.com queries by deadline. CB Richard Ellis' Snezana Anderson and Leonard DiMicelli, both senior vice presidents, represented the tenant. GVA Williams' Robert Getreu represented the landlord. CBRE was not able to answer GlobeSt.com queries by deadline. Getreu tells GlobeSt.com that asking rent at the building is $65 per sf, but cannot offer more at this time due to security reasons.
According to MrOfficeSpace.com, the property includes tenants such as Sprint Communications, AT&T, Bell Canada, FiberNet Telecom, MCI Telecommunications, Metropolitan Fiber Systems, Qwest Communications, Sirius Telecommunications, Telx Communications, and WorldCom.
