CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. CBRE did not return GlobeSt.com queries by deadline. An anonymous industry source confirms to GlobeSt.com that Paul Glickman of C&W brokered the deal for the tenant, but C&W did not respond to queries by deadline.
According to MrOfficeSpace.com, other office tenants at the nearly 1.8-million-sf, 50-story property include Wilke, Farr & Hallagher, Sidley Austin Brown & Wood, BNP Paribas, Citibank and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Retail tenants include Bar American, Athletic & Swim Club, Cade Europa, Le Bernadin, Piano Due, Starbucks, and Washington Mutual.
