Ryder Renews for 408,000 SF at Duke's Park 55

ROMEOVILLE, IL-The 529,000-sf building is leased by Ryder Integrated Logistics and Exel Logistics with 120,000 sf available.

ROMEOVILLE, IL-Ryder Integrated Logistics, with has its corporate headquarters in Miami, has renewed a lease for 408,000 sf at Park 55 Building One, here at 875 Crossroads Pkwy.. The term of the renewal is three years, says Susan Wehrenberg, VP of industrial leasing for Duke Realty Corp., which owns the building.

Emmett Purcell and Chip Manery, both with USI Real Estate Brokerage Services Inc., represented Ryder in the lease transaction. Wehrenberg represented Duke. Ryder has been a tenant in the building for three years. Ryder uses the building for logistics for LG appliances such as refrigerators, ranges and air conditioning units, Wehrenberg tells GlobeSt.com. The 529,000-sf building, which was constructed in 2005, is also leased by Exel Logistics, with 120,000-sf still remaining, she says.
