MIAMI-Luxury condominium, hotel and retail/mixed-use developer DYL Group has tapped M. Dale Reed as vice president of operations. In this capacity, he will manage information systems, human resources, marketing and sales departments, as well as help the CEO bring in new business opportunities and development of projects. Reed has overseen several considerable luxury condominium projects, including the Raffaello in Chicago and the Metropolitan in the financial district of San Francisco.

LIVINGSTON, NJ-Michael Petrak and David Schwarz have joined this New York/New Jersey/Connecticut tri-state area multifamily brokerage firm as sales associations. Together, they bring more than a decade of real estate experience to the company. Petrak, who will concentrate on the Passaic and Essex county markets, comes to Gebroe-Hammer from a local brokerage firm. Meanwhile, Schwarz is leading the company's expansion into New York's Rockland, Dutchess and Orange county markets. He recently came to the country from Switzerland, where he spent six years working in the Swiss and German real estate markets.
