OAKTON, VA-This unit of Mission Residential LLC has just grown its executive roster by four, with the additions of Michael J. Zink, Cecille Santos, Denise Johnson and Thomas Casey. Zink, who will serve as senior vice president of property management, has been in the business for 35 years. He most recently served as a managing director for CRS, a Chicago-based firm providing rental and management services to investor-owned condominiums in Florida, Nevada and Illinois. As vice president of marketing and training, Santos will lead the sales and marketing strategy for Mission Residential Management and handle advertising, brand management and Internet marketing, as well as develop and manage training courses. She comes to the firm from Kettler Management, in McLean, VA, where she was sales and marketing manager for the mixed-use development company. A 27-year property management veteran, Johnson has taken on the role of vice president. She is the former assistant vice president at CAPREIT, where she oversaw 5,400 apartment homes in eight states. And Casey will put 23 years of experience to use as vice president of maintenance services. He also was previously with CAPREIT, serving as vice president and national service manager, responsible for maintenance, construction and capital expense improvements for more than 15,000 units.
[IMGCAP(2)]DYL Group MIAMI-Luxury condominium, hotel and retail/mixed-use developer DYL Group has tapped M. Dale Reed as vice president of operations. In this capacity, he will manage information systems, human resources, marketing and sales departments, as well as help the CEO bring in new business opportunities and development of projects. Reed has overseen several considerable luxury condominium projects, including the Raffaello in Chicago and the Metropolitan in the financial district of San Francisco.
