"This innovative complex changes the face of the local corporate office marketplace," says Milt Charbonneau, vice president in the Somerset office of Colliers Houston & Co., in a statement. Charbonneau arranged the transaction, the terms of which were not released.

The building at 300 Clocktower Dr. is the first of what will eventually be a three-building, 172,000-sf office campus. The 27-acre campus, near Exit 7 of the New Jersey Turnpike, features an on-site Goddard School day-care and pre-school facility. The building currently has 12,000 sf available on its second floor, and 6,000 sf open on the first floor.
