Construction Company Leases 12,000 SF

MORRISTOWN, NJ-Colas Inc. will move its operations headquarters across town to the 123,000-sf Morristown Plaza complex.

MORRISTOWN, NJ-Colas Inc., the US arm of the international construction conglomerate of the same name, has signed a lease for 12,350 sf of office space at Morristown Plaza, a 123,000-sf complex at 161-163 Madison Ave. here. The company will move its operations to the site from its existing location nearby at 10 Madison Ave.

Landlord Northeast Office Associates, an affiliate of Trammell Crow Co.’s Acquisition Funds, was represented by EVP Jeffrey Heller and associate Peter Hedley of CB Richard Ellis’ Florham Park, NJ office. The tenant was represented by SVP James Sousa of Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Morris Plains. Terms were not released; availabilities at Morristown Plaza amounting to approximately 80,000 sf are currently listed with an asking price of $28 per sf plus tenant electric.
