And two different firms are dividing the assignment to find a buyer for the property. Specifically, Andrew Zezas, president and CEO of Real Estate Strategies Corp., Kenilworth, NJ, and Marc Trevisan, SVP at CB Richard Ellis in Saddle Brook, NJ, are marketing the building. The pair began representing Topcon in the 1990s when both were with Insignia/ESG and have continued to jointly represent the company throughout the country.

"Topcon's headquarters is located in an extremely desirable and accessible part of Northern New Jersey," Zezas tells Globest.com. "It's less than a mile from the intersection of Routes 17 and 4, and only a few miles from the Garden State Parkway and I-80. Few buildings of this quality have such a tremendous location."

Topcon will remain in the building for now, but is expected to leave in favor of a new owner-occupant. "With its flexible design, it affords a corporate occupant the ability to co-locate a number of uses, including corporate and back offices, assembly, training and distribution, all within the same facility," Trevisan says.
