Noble Investment Group developed W Atlanta-Midtown in a joint venture with AEW Capital Management. The hotel introduces Georgia's first Bliss Spa, along with Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Spice Market and Rande Gerber's Whiskey Park. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, a pool with private cabanas, a business center and W Hotels' signature Whatever/Whenever concierge service.
"W Hotels continues to extend beyond the boundaries of everyday travel," said Phil McAveety, executive vice president and chief brand officer with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. "The opening of W Atlanta-Midtown will bring a vibrant new destination to this world-class capital, offering extraordinary experiences at every turn through W's key lifestyle elements."
Located at Peachtree Road and 14th Street, the new hotel is adjacent to Piedmont Park and is near several of the city's attractions such as the Fox Theatre, High Museum of Art and Atlanta Botanical Gardens. It's also convenient to the Midtown MARTA station.
Atlanta-based Noble Investment is a private equity real estate fund sponsor specializing in North American hotels and resort properties. Its current discretionary fund represents $310 million of equity commitments and the company expects to invest more than $1 billion in lodging-related assets over the next few years.
