"We're delighted to add to our growing portfolio in New Jersey by opening the Shoppes at Flemington," says P. Jon Meyer, a founding partner of the Columbus, OH-based Stanbery, in a statement. "We turned space over to tenants on May 1, and are looking forward to serving Hunterdon County and the larger community."

And the major tenants that have signed on to date include Talbots, Limited Too and Coldwater Creek. Also part of the mix are New York & Co. and Bensi Italian Grille.

The local property, the cost of which has not been released, is one of two shopping centers Stanbery stands to open before the end of the year. Also on the schedule is the Promenade at Coconut Creek, combining 230,000 sf of retail space and 80,000 sf of office space, in Coconut Creek, FL. Opening day for the latter is Oct. 31.
