The Clarett Group delivered Sky House at the beginning of the year. It is located at 11 East 29th St. between Fifth and Madison avenues. The apartments start at the sixth floor and are topped off by a full-floor penthouse of nearly 3,000 sf.

Currently, 80% of the condos are sold, David Perry, director of sales, tells GlobeSt.com. The luxury condo market in New York is still performing well from his vantage point, he says. "We have been sending out approximately one contract per day since January, when the building delivered." Condos range from $1.4 million to $8.2 million, he adds. There are 139 units still available, including the 51st floor.

It will cost Clarett Group $1 million to build the winter-garden on the terrace, he says. "There was about 1,000-sf of extra floor area ratio that we didn't use so we thought this would make a nice addition." According to Perry there has been a lot of interest in the condo. The terrace should be finished in July. When it is complete it will be the highest private terrace in the city, he says.
